Jennifer Hudson's Super Bowl diet

Jennifer Hudson looked fit and trim during her rendition of the Star Spangled Banner at the Super Bowl last Sunday.

Her 6 step celebrity diet includes: "Begin your diet by eating fist-size only portions of protein, carbohydrates and foods full of fiber."

And: "After an initial weight loss, adjust your diet to include salads, grilled fat-free chicken, nuts, and cranberry juice, again in fist-size or smaller portions only."
