The Macrobiotic Diet

The Macrobiotic Diet has been picking up a lot of buzz on the Internet recently. So what is it?

The popular diet was created by a Japanese health expert named George Oshawa who believes simplicity is key to a person's food intake.

He recommends a diet based on whole grains, such as wheat and barely, soup and a whole lot of vegetables. The diet consists of natural and organic foods--and again--simplicity.

Does it work? Thousands attest to it. And judging by its recent Internet chatter, the Macrobiotic diet is becoming one of the most popular diets in the U.S.

Take a look at the Macrobiotic Diet's guidelines here.
