The Zone Diet

Created by Dr. Barry Sears, the Zone Diet is currently one of the most popular diets on the Web. It was recently ranked as one of the most Googled diets.

The Zone Diet consists of eating a small amount of protein at every meal, and "favorable" carbohydrates which includes vegetables, beans, whole grains and an assortment of carbs that are considered healthy.

The diets creator, Dr Sears, claims that the Zone Diet can not only help someone lose weight, but allow them to feel alert and full of energy on a daily basis.
